1-on-1 for Coaches
Get good at
being wrong.
Private improv-based sessions with Littlejohn — for assistant coaches stepping into a bigger spotlight, head coaches prepping press conferences and hard player conversations, and any coach who wants sharper improvisational thinking in live game moments.
Who this is for
Three kinds of people show up.
Assistants stepping up
You're moving into a bigger role — more voice in the room, more eyes on you. Time to get comfortable being heard before you're certain.
Head coaches under the lights
Press availability, hard player conversations, tense staff meetings. Targeted reps on staying present and specific when the pressure is on.
In-game improvisers
You want faster adjustment instincts — reading the moment, dropping the script, and making the call without freezing.
What a lesson looks like
60 minutes. Real work.
We meet virtual or in-person in Boston. First 10 minutes: what you're actually trying to unlock — the press podium, a locker-room conversation, a sideline call you keep second-guessing. 40 minutes on your feet doing scene work, pressure reps, and exercises tuned to that goal. Last 10: homework, notes, and one L to take on purpose this week.
Format
- 60-min sessions · virtual or Boston
- Single sessions or 4-pack (recommended)
- Homework between sessions
- Custom quote — let's talk
From coaches
"I stopped rehearsing lines in my head before saying them. That alone was worth the sessions."

The LDreaded the podium — every postgame answer came out canned.
The WLeft the first session with a way of speaking that actually sounded like me.
